Architecting bold visual identities that give your brand permanent celestial presence.

Identity is the argument underneath the artwork. We settle the argument, then draw.

Brand Identity Design

The short version

Why this exists

Most rebrands fail quietly. The logo changes, the guidelines land in a shared drive, and six months later the company is back to whatever it was doing before. That happens when the identity was decided in a design tool instead of in a room with the people who have to live with it.

We start with an audit of what you already have — every touchpoint, every inconsistency, every place the brand contradicts itself. Then we agree a position you can defend to a sceptical customer. Only then do we open a canvas.

What’s included

Six things,
all of them real

No line items that turn out to mean a meeting. Each of these is something you receive.

01

Brand audit

Every asset you own, catalogued and assessed against what you actually need.

02

Positioning

One sentence you can say out loud without wincing, and the reasoning behind it.

03

Naming

Names that survive a trademark search, a domain check and being said down a phone line.

04

Identity design

Mark, type, colour, layout — drawn on a grid and specified properly.

05

Tone of voice

How the brand sounds, with examples of what it would and would not say.

06

Guidelines

A system the whole team can apply without asking you first.

What you get

On the last day

  • Brand strategy document
  • Full identity kit in vector
  • Applied templates
  • Written guidelines

This is for you if

  • 01

You have grown past the identity you started with.

  • 02

Two people describe the company two different ways.

  • 03

Every new piece of design starts an argument.

Talk it through

How it runs

Three phases,
no surprises

You always know which phase we are in, what is being decided, and what lands at the end of it.

Phase 01

Agree the shape

Scope, deadline and budget written down in one place, with the things we are deliberately not doing listed beside them.

Phase 02

Make it in the open

Work shared as it happens, not saved for a reveal. You see the routes we rejected and why one won.

Phase 03

Hand it over properly

Files organised, systems documented, and a call to walk your team through it. Then we stay reachable.

Common questions

Before you ask

If yours is not here, the answer is almost certainly “yes, tell us more”.

It depends on scope, so we scope before we quote. Small pieces run in weeks, a full programme in months. You get a written timeline before anything starts, and we tell you early if it is slipping rather than at the end.

A decision-maker who can sign off, access to whatever exists already, and honest answers in the first session. That is genuinely it. The projects that stall are the ones where feedback arrives through three people.

Files organised and documented, and a call to walk your team through them. After that we stay reachable — most of our clients come back rather than start again somewhere else.
