Coding intuitive HR and CRM environments built for maximum team productivity.

Built around how your company actually runs, not how a software vendor assumed it would.

HRM & CRM Development

The short version

Why this exists

Every business eventually outgrows the spreadsheet, buys a platform, and discovers half of it is irrelevant while the half they needed costs extra. Then someone quietly starts keeping the real numbers in a separate file again.

We build the system to your process. Employee records, leave and attendance, onboarding, appraisals; or leads, deals, quotes and follow-ups. Whatever your team is currently doing by hand at the end of every month.

What’s included

Six things,
all of them real

No line items that turn out to mean a meeting. Each of these is something you receive.

01

Process mapping

How the work actually happens, including the undocumented parts.

02

HRM modules

Records, leave, attendance, onboarding, appraisals, documents.

03

CRM modules

Leads, pipeline, quotes, follow-ups, accounts and activity history.

04

Automation

The repetitive parts — reminders, assignments, escalations, renewals.

05

Reporting

The numbers your managers ask for, on a screen instead of in an email.

06

Roles and access

Who sees what, enforced properly.

What you get

On the last day

  • Process map and spec
  • Working system
  • Role and permission model
  • Training and documentation

This is for you if

  • 01

Your process lives in spreadsheets nobody trusts.

  • 02

You pay for software your team avoids.

  • 03

Monthly reporting is somebody's whole week.

Talk it through

How it runs

Three phases,
no surprises

You always know which phase we are in, what is being decided, and what lands at the end of it.

Phase 01

Agree the shape

Scope, deadline and budget written down in one place, with the things we are deliberately not doing listed beside them.

Phase 02

Make it in the open

Work shared as it happens, not saved for a reveal. You see the routes we rejected and why one won.

Phase 03

Hand it over properly

Files organised, systems documented, and a call to walk your team through it. Then we stay reachable.

Common questions

Before you ask

If yours is not here, the answer is almost certainly “yes, tell us more”.

It depends on scope, so we scope before we quote. Small pieces run in weeks, a full programme in months. You get a written timeline before anything starts, and we tell you early if it is slipping rather than at the end.

A decision-maker who can sign off, access to whatever exists already, and honest answers in the first session. That is genuinely it. The projects that stall are the ones where feedback arrives through three people.

Files organised and documented, and a call to walk your team through them. After that we stay reachable — most of our clients come back rather than start again somewhere else.
