Shot for where the image will live, not for the photographer's portfolio.
The short version
A picture that looks fine on a laptop and falls apart on a product page has failed. So has one that flatters the product into something the customer does not receive. Neither is worth paying for.
We shoot to a brief agreed in advance: the crops you need, the backgrounds you need, the file sizes your site actually wants. Retouching cleans up dust and reflections. It does not invent a product that does not exist.
What’s included
No line items that turn out to mean a meeting. Each of these is something you receive.
Every angle and crop agreed before the lights go up.
Clean, consistent, e-commerce ready, on white or styled.
Spaces shot with the light they actually have.
Team and founder shots that do not look like a lanyard photo.
Dust, reflections and colour — corrected, not fabricated.
Every crop and size you need, named sensibly.
What you get
This is for you if
Your product shots came from a supplier catalogue.
The team page is a wall of mismatched selfies.
You are launching and have nothing to show.
How it runs
You always know which phase we are in, what is being decided, and what lands at the end of it.
Scope, deadline and budget written down in one place, with the things we are deliberately not doing listed beside them.
Work shared as it happens, not saved for a reveal. You see the routes we rejected and why one won.
Files organised, systems documented, and a call to walk your team through it. Then we stay reachable.
Common questions
If yours is not here, the answer is almost certainly “yes, tell us more”.
It depends on scope, so we scope before we quote. Small pieces run in weeks, a full programme in months. You get a written timeline before anything starts, and we tell you early if it is slipping rather than at the end.
A decision-maker who can sign off, access to whatever exists already, and honest answers in the first session. That is genuinely it. The projects that stall are the ones where feedback arrives through three people.
Files organised and documented, and a call to walk your team through them. After that we stay reachable — most of our clients come back rather than start again somewhere else.
